Waited a month for our merchandise, spent almost $300. When our merchandise arrived it looked terrible. Stitching was coming out of hat already. Most hats are just garbled text that you cannot read. Few shirts the stitching was SUPPOSED to be red, it is white with a bit of red on the bottom, so it doesn't even match the rest of the text. The shirts have what look like a burn mark or something where they sewn logos. In the midst of communication with LogoUp my "ticket" has been marked closed. Look at the photos and judge for yourself. How are we supposed to give this stuff out to people?
Started a order with logo up to try them out for ordering my lawn care companies hats from them. Sent in my logo which I can say is a complicated one. The art team sends me back a recommendation to remove the background due to the number of stiches. Not a problem I am fine with that. The only thing I stated that I was worried about was the fact was the letters were going to be transparent on a black hat outlined in black. Common sense should tell someone black on black is not going to be seen. I get a respinre back that basically says due to the stich count either pay the 6.99 per item or they will be transparent. Hello you have done removed the back ground due to stiches. Now you can't add at least the letters back so it will be seen. There's no sense embroidering black on black it's not going to show up. I cancleca my order because obviously they just want to do screwed up art work with no common sense and charge you to actually make it work. Sorry I'll find someone who actually has a artistic eye who knows black can't go on black and be seen.
