Cute little historic place. The location is definitely off the main path. I thought there would be more there than just the tiny store. The lady at the store was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Bought some nice pickles, jam, and candy.
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit to the Richloam General Store. Unlike many other "historical" stores, we hold true to our history. Unfortunately our store is not large compared to today's standards, but at the time it was one of the largest stores in the area. We enjoy being able to share our history with you and therefore we do not charge you for the experience, unlike many other "historical" stores. The State of Florida determines when you can and cannot take a pet into a store. With us caring several food items, the State has determined our location is for service animals only.

Lame. Tiny store in the middle of nowhere. Drove way out of our way and they would not even allow me to carry our small dog inside. Would not recommend.
This place did not disappoint. It was like traveling back in time. And the owner is super nice and friendly with a great history lesson just there for the asking. The products are interesting too. We purchased several. Well worth the trip and the country side along the way was beautiful too.
Nice little part of Florida's history and most of your favorite things from the old days. Kid friendly!
