I reached out Tom online to help find Life Insurance Policy. He responded really quickly. Then we have couple of zoom meeting he go out of his way to help me understanding how policy works and answer all my questions. He's amazing helped me from staring till end of the process. I reached out to Firma Financial Planning through their website and was promptly contacted by Tom VanDoorne Jr. I was able to schedule a personal meeting with him within a few days. Tom took the time to walk me though and explain the company's process in a way that made it very easy to understand. I never felt pressured. Tom is very friendly, attentive and professional. I'm very grateful for the financial advice he provided and look forward to working with him in the future.
