Absolutely the worst service dept. By far. Bought my vehicle there with warranty had my vehicle 3 months. Asked to give me updates weekly never did. I had to go to another dealership to check on parts found out it wasn't order. Asked service manager why he didn't check on part he said it out of our control. Was promised a loner for months never got it. Dealership who ordered parts told me they they sent over part and I was never notified. Called and asked why he said just got it and was gonna work on get it in a day or 2. I then called and asked if ready and was told had to send to another dealer. When finally got car charged $100 to get back and a broken tailght that they claimed not responsible for . Bottom line if you want your vehicle to to sit for months and get back damaged this is your place. Had to rate1 star so I can post buy they are a zero
I am totally not happy they let my husband drive away with a large bubble in his tire when they were supposed to check and rotate them they told him everything was fine except his battery and his tires by no means were safe

If you are looking to get a new KIA you must start here at Crowley and ask for Luke! After my fiancé was rear ended and her car was deemed a total loss, I knew that buying a car in this crazy market would be tough! They made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth. Luke answered my myriad of questions, was knowledgeable about the vehicles features and super helpful. I never felt pressured and if you are in the market for a new KIA I highly recommend this dealership

Verify the value of your trade-in before bringing it to Crowley Kia! They deducted a $1500 "reconditioning fee" from the price of our trade-in. We haven't seen this at other dealerships. They also insisted that two separate entries on a Carfax report for just one accident meant the car was in two accidents. (The second entry was an estimate for the same accident.) Otherwise, we were impressed with our sales representative's knowledge of the car we purchased. He was willing to spend extra time with us to educate us on its features. However, he made promises about addressing some concerns but failed to follow through.
