I see the review I had posted earlier has been deleted, hmmmmm. This is the worst experience with an eye doctor i have had in 30 years. Dr. SMITH was the eye doctor. Went in early in Mar. Got a contact lens prescription. The doctor tried to push a prescription on me that I could not use called he put me in another, same outcome. I showed them the contact lenses that I had been using for years that told me they didn't exist anymore. They then gave me yet another set that were daily use. 2 boxes of 5 lenses which were 2 different perceptions. I then went to talk to him in person. He had me sit for over an hour, when he finally came out to talk I showed him again the contact lenses I've been using he again said that they didn't exist. He then became very rude and snobby and said I wasn't welcome in his store anymore. I then went home got on the computer and low and behold there were the contact lenses on line that dr. SMITH said didn't exist. I will never go there again and I will tell all my friends and family ( including social media) the horrible experience with Dr. SMITH

DON'T BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! DR AUSTIN SMITH! THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DILATE KIDS EYES THEY DON'T DO THAT HERE!!!!!! I took my 9-year-old to FOR A EYE EXAM TO SIGHT TO SEE OPTOMETRY AT 1074 WEST MERCURY BLVD HAMPTON VA 23666 ON JUNE 28 2021 DR. AUSTIN SMITH GAVE MY DAUGHTER A PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS WAY OFF AND COULD HAVE BLINDED HER HAD I NOT LISTEN TO MY DAUGHTER. I TOOK THE GLASSES BACK THE NEXT DAY WHICH DAY REFUSED TO TAKE BACK! MR. AUSTIN SMITH SO CALLED EXAMINED HER EYES AND INSISTED THAT THE PRESCRIPTION HE WROTE HER WAS RIGHT I ALSO TOLD MR AUSTIN SMITH THAT MY DAUGHTER EYES WAS CROSSED BOTH OF THEM HE SAID HE DIDN'T SEE THAT AND THIS RIGHT THE RIGHT PRESCRIPTION FOR HER. MR AUSTIN SMITH GOT VERY ANGRY AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS MAKING HIM ANGRY SO I DECIDED TO LEAVE MR. SMITH STORMED OUT OF THE ROOM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE RECORDED WHAT HE WAS SAYING TO ME AND HOW HE WAS ACTING I JUST WAS NOT EXPECTING IT! I'VE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY ABOUT THIS AND WILL WRITE A REPORT AND I DEFINITELY BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS DONE DELIBERATELY BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN AND I'M TALKING TO A LAWYER!!!!! I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO GET A ANOTHER EYE EXAM SHE WAS ALLOWED ONE MORE EYE EXAM FROM HER INSURANCE COMPANY AND THAT WAS VIRGINIA BEACH PEDIATRIC EYE CENTER IN VIRGINIA BEACH THEY WERE VERY PATIENT THEY WERE VERY KIND AND DID A THOROUGH EYE EXAM ON MY DAUGHTER. I ADDED PHOTOS OF THE TWO EYE EXAM AND MY QUESTION IS TO YOU HOW IN THE WORLD DID TWO DOCTORS GET TWO DIFFERENT EYE EXAMS LIKE THIS ?

Sat in for 15 min to find out that only 1 person that works there is smart enough to make appointments so the just tell you someone might do it later
