I am sorry you thought I was rude. I have actually never had a customer say I was rude to them before in 27 years. (Just for the record, I have 3 other invitations orders for weddings in process at this moment.) The customer was just calling in on the telephone without me seeing the job and asked me how long it would take and I responded that it "may" take up to 5 days depending on the complexity of the job. I believe this customer may possibly have come in the week before and someone else was working with her discussing the job (if it is the same person), but if someone doesn't actually place an order with us, I simply can not remember you if you randomly came in because we literally have 100's of people come in weekly to discuss jobs with us. Again, I am sorry that you felt as if I was rude, I believe you were frustrated just as I was because you wanted me to give you a time or date (and you hadn't actually hadn't come in to give us the job) that it would be ready, and I couldn't definitely give here an exact time without seeing the job specifications.

I called this place to ask about my quote she had given me a day before... and she was yelling on the phone telling me she didn't know who I was...and that for 50 invitations it would take up to 5 business day...when I went to another place in downtown Spartanburg, I made a 150 invitations and I got them on the same day. Not coming back when she talks...she talks in a rude voice!!
We try in every way to assist our customers, but sometimes we may not exactly know what they are referring to when they ask us to fix a doctors note, via telephone. It may have been helpful if you came in to our office to show us what you were referring to, and we could gladly try to assist you with your document or at least maybe refer you to someone that could assist you. Sometimes over the telephone, we can not understand what you may have been referring to as to "fixing" a document without looking at it first. We do sincerely apologize if you feel like we offended you and we will strive harder to not seem to be snappy.

Because I called to ask about fixing a copy of paper and the lady snapped back at me and said THEY CAN NOT ALTERNATE ANYTHING!! I let her know that no one said to change a thing on the paper ,I said I needed it fixed
At first, when using this company things didn't go as planned or hoped for. However, they did take the necessary steps to resolve our issue. We will use them again. Thanks
