It's very unfortunate, that on top of the misery and suffering you have when your "loved one" (they say that purposely) is gone, the only way you can get $ to them is through a third party, which charges money. As if you don't put out enough money, or aren't losing an extra income to begin with. They're slick, they'll give a one minute phone call just so you can hear their voice, knowing you'll put money on the phone. That's why they say your "loved one". Besides that, the money gets there, it's the principal.
I'm updating this review, I had spoken to a supervisor about the JP5 player that was damaged by a CO at the facility, I told them that I had purchased the first one for my loved one and that I wanted to be reimbursed for the one he damaged. Of course the facility never takes responsibility for anything, but the supervisor called me back and told me I could purchase another one cause there was an issue with the kiosk and I couldn't even purchase it on the website or my tablet. On another phone call, one of the customer service agents was extremely rude to me babbling after I asked to speak with her about getting my money back for the broken player, I told him her name and he tells me there was no one there by that name and to make him feel extra stupid for the way he was treating me, I played the answering machine with her message and he was still trying to deny that she existed! He says, "Well she's not a manager." I'm thinking, are you for real? Probably drunk on the job. The whole point is that now I'm out $139 dollars because and I had to purchase the player for the second time. People get away with so much and don't care how they treat others.
