Don't waste your money. Sounds like a novel idea, but they are not comfortable at all. While walking, foot slides forward off the front of the sole platform and the elastic around the heel is useless. They fit fine when still. Slide around and fly off while walking. Utter garbage.

The forefoot fit like a dream. But I have a wide instep as well, and they were just too tight in the instep. I really wanted to like these, but I didn't.

Customer service was great. The shoes are like slippers. I can slip them on without tying them. They are not good for the rain. Super cute.
