I apologize for your disappointment about the size of the wings you received. We are at the mercy of our supplier as to the size of the wings. We only purchase "jumbo" wings but due to the current wing shortage the wings we receive are not always of the same size that they have been in the past. As a standard we include the requested condiments on the side. Everyone's taste in condiment quantity is different and instead of guessing how much each customer wants on their hoagie we include them on the side. This way everyone can apply the correct amount to meet their individual taste. If you would like us to guess how much mayo you want on your hoagie please specify that want the mayo on the hoagie, not on the side, and we will make it that way.

Steak hoagie was pretty good. Jumbo wings? Below avg!!! If those were jumbo wi gs, I'd hate to see what regular is like! I mean those wings were small as F . Didn't get no mayo on hoagie either, and I ask for it on hoagie! All the condiments were on the side!

Our employees are trained and follow the health department regulations to ensure that the food we sell is safe to eat. The health department requires the use of gloves or other suitable utensil only when preparing ready-to-eat food. Any food, such as pizza, that is to be cooked is safe to be prepared with bare, washed hands. You will find these same regulations being followed in any commercial kitchen.. That being said we have taken your comment seriously and our employees will be using the proper utensils for spreading the sauce on the pizza.

I will never eat here again. I went to go pick up my food and while I waited for a good 5 minutes for someone to even knowledge that I was there. I watched a cook make a whole pizza from start to finish with NO gloves on. He even used his finger to smear the sauce on the dough. Him and the other people making other pizzas beside him all kept reaching in with no gloves getting different toppings for other pizzas. I ended up wasting my money because I threw my food away after I picked it up. It's a shame because I really liked their food
