I purchase for my business, a Mercedes Metris without passenger seat belt. They told me, fix it in Mercedes dealer and send invoice to get refund. I sent invoice on 8/1/21. I'm still waiting my refund check even I called and sent emails couple of time. 2/10/2022. Drive your car only if there is no issues.

Not a fan of how they do business. I've spoken to several people over the past few days who all claim to be managers yet give different answers to the same question every time. They have been blowing up my phone with calls and emails yet when I speak to them on the phone its like they've never heard of me. Very unorganized and just overall not a great experience. Makes me glad that more manufacturers are beginning to offer online buying so you don't have to worry about dealing with salespeople. Wouldn't recommend.
