I was told my order would be done in 5-6 business days, called 10 business days after I placed the order, was told it would be completed and they would call me when done. Called 15 business days after i placed my order, was told it will be done next business day. Arrived next business day at the time they told me it would be done, was told that they would work on it now. I was then asked if I wanted to leave with my unfinished order, come back or wait. I chose to wait. They finished my order, never did they try to make up for the less than desirable customer service of their shop or their failure in fulfilling my order on time. They lost my future business, which I have plenty of.

I am going to try to give no stars I am grossed out with the way this business has carried their service. I work with a company called Liberty Builders of Texas, we have canvassers and contractors, we are a remodeling company. We are trying to make it to where our business is promoted and our canvassers look professional as possible , so with that being said my boss Jesse had ordered some folders from stitch masters back in 2017. It is now October 2018, we already got in contact with the owner (which gave us nothing but a ton of excuses and tried to blame it on other things), sent letters, emails, and now this. This is the third time I have tried to contact the owner on the behalf of my boss.Our next step is to make a complaint to to BBB, and all we want is a REFUND, we will no longer do business with Stitch Masters. We just need a time and date when we can pick up the money.
