I called on Nov 5th, 2015 to ask a simple question about printing words on my own shirt. S/He said s/he must see the tshirt(huh? I told them it is 100% cotton tshirt just like theirs)...I just wanted to know how much per letter with standard size would cost me. S/he was being an a**hole and snapped at me and hung up on me before I asked for email address to send him the 6 simple words I wanted on my common 100% cotton tshirt. Lost a potential customer big time. Kudos to your horrible customer services.

My family has purchased 2 lettermen's jackets and couldn't be happier. The prices were reasonable and the selection was great. For embroidery, they have a large library from which to choose your perfect addition to your garment. If they don't have it in their computer, they'll design one just for you. The staff are warm and friendly, making you feel comfortable right away. They offer more than just jackets. School clothing, jerseys, shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, pants, etc. They even had items for work wear. Embroidery and screenprinting are done on the premises.
