My Experience with this store was horrible!!!!!!!!! They are the most unprofessional sales team anywhere I ever come across & lairs..... & I have ever dealt with. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and every piece was damage or repaired and passed off as new ! Almost every piece was someway damaged or repaired and they tried to hide this fact from me ... most of the products are knock offs and have all have been ...lets say factory rejects for one reason or another.... my fake Barcelona chair lasted one year before fully falling apart and the straps ripping like paper ... tried to replace it or fix it there's no one in USA who knows how to do this or fix it... this store wouldn't fix it or even acknowledge that it was a faulty chair?.... Over priced and very rude staff total lairs and all cover up for one another for the mistakes of the owner and the sales staff ... go some where else to buy your modern mid century knock off or Italian furniture NOT HERE trust me !!!!!!!!!

We recently furnished our Florida condo entirely with Concepto furniture and are extremely pleased. The service was excellent throughout the whole process - James was knowledgeable, helpful, and, most of all, patient with us! All of our furniture is top quality, elegant and practical. The delivery was efficient and well done. We consider Concepto service and quality "top drawer"!

Our shopping experience at at Concepto was the most pleasant one we had in years. Randy was super helpful and accommodating and the Galligaris furniture is gorgeous.

We bought several different pieces for our new home: we kept coming back because the selection and the personal service were so extraordinary.
