Went to the rooftop bar with a group of friends, the staff is unfriendly. First they didn't want to accommodating us, then we figured out where to sit. I felt like they don't care and they don't think about customs' opinion. I don't understand how the management can be so unflexible and unwilling to bring new people to the venue.

Very good location really close to all the touristy attractions and shopping mall but parking is 42 bucks plus tax and almost 30 bucks for amenities which they currently dont offer many - no hot tub, no coffee maker in the room, no gym, no complementary water so really not worth it.

Positive: Extremely helpful and attentive staff  even with all the understandable COVID-related glitches. Best damn free hotel coffee ever.

I woke up from my nap and saw a spider on the ceiling... also noticed cup rings on the night stand. Due to COVID, Im not sure everything is sanitized properly. Nice hotel but cleanliness is very important, especially during this time.
