It was a great idea half way exicuted then the management sucked to put the final nail in the coffin of an amaprment experience. We lost foodboxes cause management didn't tell us they had received them instead of them being dropped off by the door. Those are like 60+ bucks a piece. Maintenance is spotty at best. HVAC didn't have the proper tonnage to handle the apartments so temp swings where normal. Corners cut in just about every unit I've seen with bandaid fixes. If you tour the units they're gonna look great. It's not till you spend some time in them you start seeing how bad they are. Oh. And our sink fell out of the counter. Lol. Just bad.
This has been the quickest and most stress-free move-in experience I've ever had. Antonio, the property manager, is very professional and he was very diligent in overseeing this process and completing tasks in a timely manner. He is amazing and will take care of you! East End Village Apartments is the best place to live downtown, and I couldn't be happier with where I am! The location is ideal for a night-life since it's close to all the great places like the Guthrie Green, and Blue Dome District, but it's private and quiet enough to enjoy a night on the rooftop with close friends. I definitely recommend living here. You will not regret it!
I have lived at East End Village for about a year now and it's a great location downtown! The rent is one of the lowest in the areas for quality apartments.
