I went here Saturday on Labor day weekend my eye was killing me big time,and they still had three hours before they closed, nobody was even in the place, and they said that they couldn't see me today, so I tried to make a appointment and then they tell me that my insurance doesn't cover office visits,, whatever that means, and i would have to pay, so they ask me do you still want to keep the appointment, and I said no I'm gonna go somewhere else, I don't even know why this place is even open,, because they are all for there self, because they don't help people in need, i wouldn't send my worst enemy here. So I went to a eye Doctor on Severn, and the doctor helped me and gave me a prescription,my eye felt way better by Sunday night, from the drops and ointment that I got. So before you go here and waste your time go somewhere else!!!!!

Dr. Moses was thorough and took the time to explain each test and how they related to my eye health. Ive never had any other doctor take the time to explain these aspects in such detail. The appointment was efficient and overall a great experience.

The receptionist seemed bored and unwelcoming. The optometrist tried to shuttle me away from the busy receptionist by pushing me towards frames which I wasn't interested in. I ended up sitting for about 15 minutes when she acknowledged a third gentleman who was sitting in the waiting area. Another 5-10 minutes went by before she said anything to me and realised I just needed to pay and receive my prescription. Dr. Moses was excellent but I'm not coming back.
