The only reason why I didn't give them one star is because I'm not a total jerk. Leaving a message for them and getting a response is like trying to get blood out of a turnip. I've left a few messages with more than one person, sent emails, sent messages via their website, and still have not received a reply. I understand that things can get a little busy with a small business, however, a customer or potential customer should always be valued. I just didn't get that feeling from Helping Hand Equity.
