We were interested in a bag and asked the three people in the back room a couple questions. None of them came out . Even after asking question after question. You think they would want a sales being that the bags are pretty costly. My sister in law would have bought one, but she refused to buy anything at a place where they ignored us.

I purchased the Leona about a year ago as an alternative to a diaper bad since my kids are out of the baby stage but I still needed to have a few kid essentials on hand (wipes and so on). It's so nice to have a bag that's not too big but has enough pockets for all my stuff and looks so stylish. The quality of the bag is also top notch. I added the Rae this week and again, beyond happy with my purchase. Can't wait to see what the designers come up with next!

I love the story and hand craftsmanship behind this bag and it really is pretty. However, the 76th St tote advertises that it fits a laptop and it will not zipper once a standard laptop is in it. After a discussion with the store they said it fits a 13in tablet. I wish that would have been specified in the items description. 7% restocking fee too if you return.
