We have worked with Natalie for a long time and currently use a program that has saved us a ton of money on processing fees. If you are processing credit cards you definitely need to talk to Natalie about the options she can offer.

I have been with Natalie & her merchant services for more than 5 years. Her rates are very competitive. She is responsive & treats her accounts with the personal attention any business owner would expect . Merchant Broker Services provided an eminently affordable payment system for my clients regardless of whether they make one-time or recurring payments. However, Natalie's unparalleled customer service is why I won't consider another payment processor. She was able to set up a system that complies with the complicated legal restrictions unique to attorney retainer accounts. Any time I've asked for assistance or clarification, she has immediately prioritized my (admittedly non-emergency) inquiries. It a part of my business I never have to worry about.
