They have the worst customer service. I've never been treated so rudely. I spent almost $250 and when I got home I realized one of the shirts I bought had a bunch of stains on it. (BTW a second shirt I bought that day I noticed had stains on it while I was at the store so I asked if they could give a discount and they reluctantly did.) I'm 2 hours away from the store so I got back as soon as I could which I didn't realize was one day after their 14 day return policy. All I wanted was to exchange it for the exact same shirt. The girl looked at my receipt and immediately got an attitude before I could explain anything. The manager did allow the exchange but the way I was treated was unacceptable. This isn't the first time they gave poor service. They weren't going to accept a return for a dress a while back because the tag was apparently on the wrong side so they thought it was reattached. Not my fault your workers didn't attach the tag to the correct side. I contacted their corporate office regarding these incidents and never received a reply or an apology. There are plenty of other stores to shop at that treat their customers well.
