After living here for a bit longer I am adding a second star because management is pretty good, responded to emails, maintenance requests handled quickly, etc. My reasoning for the low score is only because there was poor sound insulation. Cars racing down broad, upstairs neighbors walking around, people outside my window talking; hearing them disrupted my sleep and I had to move. Which is a shame because otherwise it was very nice, the location (on the BSL next to aldi, astro gym, cafe lift, walkable to fairmount or chinatown, etc.) roof deck, and apartment space/layout were all great.

We were told that its virtually impossible to hear anyone through the walls in this apartment. Better to say that it is virtually impossible to sleep due to the terribly thin ceilings and other tenants who dont care about upholding any sense of peace and quiet - especially at 3AM in the morning.

Beth is an amazing and reasonable landlord. She works hard to address issues promptly as they come up. She really cares about the tenant experience. There was a trash collection issue and a park Ave pothole issue but both were eventually addressed and fixed. I recommend! Building is nice in a good location with a lot of nearby restaurants. Rooftop has incredible views.

I've actually been a tenant in three of TierView's buildings and I was one of the first residents to move into Venture Commons. I loved the details in the finishes, the neighborhood has a ton going on and management is always super responsive. I moved to another TierView building after this one and I still don't know which building is my favorite!

Upscale apartment units in a great location. Beth, the Property Manager went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and has great communication. My emails and texts were always answered quickly with quick resolution. I encourage anyone looking to rent a great apartment unit to look no further.
