TurboTax getting me in trouble with IRS because they don't know their tax stuff. Like they didn't know what to put for agi if you had 0 income for a prior year, but they didn't know you were supposed to put 1 because of stimulus. They need more teaching!

Wasn't a good experience with turbo tax this yr. They have some programing issues that caused my taxes to get rejected three times and that was working with their C's reps. Then the amount due was $73 short! Still not fixed or received a cb!!

2018 and 2019 i used the free version and no issues. My first time ever doing taxes. Being 1099, I expected to pay in but after this crazy year my return said I had a refund. I gave into curiousity and signed up for the paid service. It took me less than an hour to complete my taxes. I signed up for the $265 service on 2/11 and I have no clue what is going on. All that live help they talk about. If your person isn't working then you are SOL! The lady answered the phone yesterday "Thank you for calling the tax professionals at turbo tax" I told her before they get sued for false advertising i would omit the "professionals part
