Service and delivery leaves a lot to be desired in fact it's awlful as for the products I can't say anything wrong. I placed 25 orders for the value of U$3211.84 and still dissapointed.The last order was placed on the 5th of December 21 and arrived in Australia on the 8th of March 2022, yes March I wrote, phoned and received a very cold shoulder in fact I was tolf to shop elsewhere. HOW RUDE IS THIS? you judge.

I've always been skeptical of the supplement industry but decided to give this company a chance as my doctor recommended them to me. I've been taking their vitamin d3 5000iu and verified through a blood test that they are indeed a high quality supplement. I will look into their other vitamins and also recommend them to friends.

I have been buying vitamins from your company for at least 15 years and you advertised a 25% discount on Labour Day weekend which I did not get. I emailed your company regarding this and nobody had the courtesy to respond to my email. I was extremely disappointed as in the past I have found your customer service to be very good.
