My boyfriend and I sold them our car last summer. We forgot to grab the license plate and it was also left on when they sold the car. A couple months ago, I got a Texas toll bill in the mail because the new owner is still using my OK license plate. I called the dealership several times for help, always being told they would get back to me or email me the necessary documents to prove the car was no longer mine. I never received anything and I finally just paid the toll, now totaling over $40 with fees, so it wouldn't go to collections. I was tired of trying to get someone to help me.

If i could post no stars i would , worst sales person in the used car lot Anthony who lied to me about my down payment of $5000 for a ford transit later wanting more money . Didnt bother calling me all day i go to the dealership because i knew something smelled fishy becausr he didnt want to call me and tell me it couldnt be done with 5Gs until the end of the day then they sold the van i wanted. The manager in the new car lot got mad at another salesmen Juan because he was trying to help us with another sale and the manager never cared about showing his face. I left very angry and im a man of my word here is my negative review guys have a wonderful day.

They listened to the problem that needed attention and then checked with technicians, gave me a quote and told me how long it would take. They did everything exactly as they said and my car was ready when they told me it would be.

Edit: They have called and texted repeatedly to pay me to remove my negative review. I will not compromise my integrity or withhold honesty from the public. Called this morning to see if they had a specific truck on the lot. Salesman (David) told me "yeah they still had it." I said "we have a 3 hour drive to get there are you sure." "Yep come on down" says he. So we get down there and wait 40 minutes for them to pull up a completely different truck. I said "we drove down for the silver one." He says " oh yeah we sold that one." "Before or after I called" I ask. He says "this morning before you called, want to look at this other one?" Uh no thanks guy dueces. Complete lack of professionalism.
