Only thing i had issues is the video appt link didnt work to go directly to the room with dr. So i had to log on and check in for appt. Fast, Easy, and the RN was nice. If you have ebt and dont got the physical card you still have 14 days to upload it to the state website and will get the discount. No worries. :) from setting up appts and payment took 3 days from registering state to get digital card within portal.
