Currently renting and I cant wait for my lease to be finished. I do not think Stellar Management really care about this building. Many things went wrong on my first week when I moved here, only after 45 days the apartment was fixed with all the problems we had. I been promised things from the leasing office that in the end just disrepair because they were not on the contact, I tired to reach the legal team few times but no one contact us at all, I been promised to get few letters from them but nothing happen. I am still waiting (17G) You can hear anything from the hallway and neighbors next door, shower drain need to be treated ones a month, old pipes, old building, missing mail and I can continue on and on, I can say one thing positive its close to the express line 2/3. GLAD TO HELP

People are NOT HONEST here!!! Be very careful before you sign the lease and be prepared of whatll happen after you sign the lease, especially when you are foreigners like us.

I really wish there could be Wi-Fi in gym. Cuz the gym is underground, there is no network of some company. I feel like losing connection with outside when I do gym.

I just signed on a lease here and I cannot wait for move in day (I hate moving and yet I am excited to move...if that tells you anything) I first viewed this building with a friend who was looking for an apartment and fell in love with the building and Eva. So when it was my turn to look for an apartment, I remembered how wonderful Eva was and contacted her when I saw there was still some availability in the building. The leasing process was easy and seamless. Evas energy can be felt throughout the building (as we were being given a tour she was saying hi to other tenants and their pets; a very personable person) After signing, she followed up with an email with everything and more that I would need to know about for move in. I cannot wait to begin a new chapter here at The Paris.

Horrible building bad management, superintendent has bad customer service experience and barely knows anything about being a resident manager. Of course its all covered up by his pals in Managment.
