Planning for 2 weeks having my new van lettered, scheduled to have lettered on Friday September 2, 2016, drop my van off Friday morning at 11:10am, my employees and I wash the van and wipe down the van with solution (provided by Keith the owner) to prepared the van to be lettered, Keith explained to me that it won't be done before 5pm, I told him that was not problem. On my way to pick up my new Van lettered, Keith call me to tell me he never started the Van, SHOCKED at how unprofessional & inconsiderate. Keith has never return a call or finish artwork on time, no one should use this sign company, unless you have months to wait for it in my opinion.
