Ordered 3/31 still have not received my order. Have gotten nothing but the run around and excuses. No way to speak with an actual person. I have shopped them before. Do love the clothes but will never shop there again.

I will NOT be ordering from this site again, awful shipping time. It has been over 10 days and this company has yet to even pack my order and send me a tracking number. Sad I was looking forward to ordering my second and will not be placing another

Beautiful, unique baby clothes, but the sizing varies drastically, even in the same style and material. Plus, returns are not easy and getting a replacement is near impossible since things sell out in seconds. It also takes a very long time for orders to process. Can take almost a month to receive your order.

I have been an avid KQ shopper for over a year now and I absolutely love the cute clothes and the prints! They last forever too my almost 19 month old can still wear some 3/6 bamboo stuff. She has worn KQ for several professional photos we have had done its my go to for adorable clothes. Also Veronica with customer service is really sweet and very helpful.

Quality has gone wayyy down hill, as well as customer service (very condescending). Takes forever to ship/receive items. After spending THOUSANDS with this company I very RARELY will buy anything unless its on massive sale because the quality sucks.
