Worst place to buy a car. Will never buy from them again. They refused to fix the heated seats that were not working when I bought the car, even after the salesperson told me it would be fixed. Don't waste your time or money. I also had a trade in and they told me to take it to carmax to get more money. That was the only honest thing that I was told.

I took my car to Price Toyota in New Castle, DE for repair in May 2022. I heard a big noise when I started the engine. After the technician replaced the water pump, I still heard the same noise. Then the technician replaced the serpentine belt. He did not know how to find the right problem from the beginning. As a result, I had to pay more for their service. Hopefully I don't have to go back to Price Toyota again.

JD was awesome (as usual!!). Always the best service and a great value. The techs look over all the major stuff and I always feel like the car is ready for anything when I leave.

Went in today April 15 2022.. spent all day car shopping went in here found a few cars I like... and the used car lot was like a ghost town.. Not one person asked to help me. I was a bit dissappointed. Then I inquired online and someone reached out to me. So I sent them a message to see if they could help me out because I am in a tough spot right now but, noone ever responded to my email.
