Do not use this company! Their service is atrocious and they will fob you off at every opportunity. We had a problem with our boiler so I rang this rabble on a Thursday early afternoon. I was told that a plumber would be with me by 6pm but that I had to give them my credit card details to secure the booking. Fair enough I thought, and it was freezing cold, so I booked the job. Had no contact from anyone so at 5:45pm I rang to be told that the plumber was attending a gas leak and wouldn't be out that night. I was assured that he would be with us Friday. To cut this part of the story short, the guy eventually arrived at 4:30pm on the Saturday! He had a look at the boiler, got it going and then said that the pilot light needed a new seal and that we could also do with a thermocoupling and that these were common problems with boilers. I asked him to fit them and he said that he had to order the parts. When I asked him why and that if these were common problems why didn't he have the necessary parts in his van. He just said that he didn't and had order them. Anyway off he went. Come the following Thursday, the boiler packed up again ... same problem. I rang their number at around 5pm to get the plumber to come back out ... I was told that someone would ring me back and that they would get someone out to me that evening. Gone 8pm and with no call, I rang again only to be told that the night service was no on and they couldn't get anyone out now but that the plumber would ring me first thing on Friday and would be with me between 8 and 1. 8:30 Friday morning and no call so I rang them again to be told the plumber was booked to come to me and that someone would ring me. 11am still nothing ... so I rang again and spoke to a lady who assured me that the plumber would ring me "in a few minutes". By 11:38am I'd had enough and rang back to see what was going on. The bloke I spoke to told me that it might be difficult for the plumber to ring me if he's with other customers. I told him that was utter rubbish as it only takes a couple of minutes to make a call AND he was supposed to have has a message passed to him to ring me first thing that morning. After being told the customer excuse a few times, the guy says that he'll look into it and came back a few seconds later to tell me that the plumber was on a new boiler fit all day! By this stage I was at my wits end and told them to shove their job and that I'll get someone else to do it. In all seriousness, avoid this lot like the plague!

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD/AGENT!! We called and paid for the gas cert to be carried out. Called 14 days later to make sure that it had been carried out....they could not find our original call! We gave them the date on when they took the payment. They called us back and said they have found it and yes the gas cert had been done....!! We then asked them for a copy of the certificate.....and a month later.....we are still chasing! Have been told that the manager doesnt have time to sort out the problem and that we will get the certificate soon! This is not satisfactory as we require a copy, so does the tenant, who doesn't have one either! Such bad customer service!! When we call up we are told it will get done but it obviously doesn't AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. STOLE 120 OF MY MONEY. DIDNT COMPLETE ANY WORK. Management and staff do not have a clue whats going on. exceptionally bad customer service skills. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS

Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews, these are clearly paid for as there are people from all over America and even Jamaica leaving 5 star reviews... I have also had my review on trust pilot removed by them. This company are useless and cancelled on me 3 times. Read the 1 star reviews for a more genuine feel for this dishonest company.
