Hi Jessie, Thank you for you feedback. We are slowly changing our packinging to more eco friendly options as we find suitable alternatives. Unfortunately in the UK the eco packaging choices are limited so we are growing and changing in line with manufacturers changes. Actually 80% of the products we sell are plastic free. We have a refil system on all our powdered cosmetics so you buy one pot and refill (plastic free) on all your future purchases. Any other packaging we take back for a reward stamp. Many of our herbs and base ingredients you can buy by weight in your own packaging from home or just a paper bag. If you are buying local we have a return policy, you can return the pots and get a reward stamp and we will reuse the packaging. All our liquid soaps are available for refill with our bottles or your own from home. Our soaps, bath truffles, candles, bath salts, mens range, facial products, packaging for delivery and samples are all plastic free. We Also recently changed our cello bags for bio-degradable potato starch ones. I love the idea of buying local, but most of the products come in plastic packaging. Wish they would come out with plastic-free cosmetics.

Such a lovely shop. Amazing products for ladies and gents, my hubby loves the shaving range (must pop in for some more). I love being able to buy essential oils and base oils to create a unique blend. Owned by a lovely lady who is happy to help and has a great ethos

Just used the shampoo & conditioner bars for the first time. I was very dubious as I have curly hair and am very fussy about the products I use. The shampoo bar left my hair feeling squeaky clean (literally!), the conditioner left it silky soft and both smell absolutely divine! Plus the added bonus of feeling great for de-plasticking my bathroom and supporting local business! I am so impressed, this is first time Ive ever bothered to write a review for a product but just had to say Thank You!

Have been using their Holy Grail facial balm for a few years now. It's extremely nourishing and the best product I've ever used. Highly recommend, all natural.
