We had an appointment with Toyota service center on 5/26 at 9 AM. We were emailed a copy of the appointment along with an agreement that the appointment came with a rental car. We were even called the day prior to remind us about our appointment and he also stated that we had a rental car. When I went to go drop off my car on 5/26 at 9 AM the service person told me that they did not have any more rental car for me. What is the point of making an appointment when Toyota cannot hold up their end of the bargain? Unfortunately, I have to go back and take time out of my busy schedule to get the work done on my car because it is already paid for, but I will never use Beaverton Toyota again. This is not the first time Ive had a poor experience with Beaverton Toyota service department. This shows they have no regard for my time or they wouldve found a way to make it right and they did not do that at all!

I am very satisfied with the attention from the call to make the appointment to the dismissal, but my windshield washer fluids were not filled, the tires were not leveled with air, I think that these details should be done so that the workshop can say that if I lend a service if my tires were equipped such as not putting air in it if the light on the dashboard indicates that it lacks air

Libby was on site at our appointed time 8AM She was very professional during the entire process of purchasing and delivering our new car All the paperwork was very organized and quickly completed We bought the car We completed all the paperwork including DMV paperwork We received a very fair trade in allowance on our old vehicle We completed the trade in and emptied our old car of personal items Libby had the new car all cleaned up and ready to go Libby shared all the special features of the car Wished us well We left the dealership in 1 hour and 20 minutes after arriving with all the above details completed "REMARKABLE"

Sales department has very shady tactics. They lied to us just like Wilsonville Toyota. While you're coming in from a lease and you're looking to purchase your leased vehicle they create fake fees. 6 to 8 fees and one was a privilege fee ? What the hell does that even mean? Anyways the sales manager Michael told us we should go to Onpoint and that they wouldn't do the transfer of the lease and ownership from my wife over to me. After we decided we were not going to lease another vehicle and we wanted to purchase ours he told us that beaverton toyota would not be a good option for us. He lied to us and said we can get it done some where else when infact we needed the name off the lease and into myself for purchase. I avoided Wilsonville toyota for their lies and found more lies and shady tactics at beaverton toyota. It's expected when the employees have worked at both locations. I also was asked to sign blank documents. BLANK DOCUMENTS. He promised me a price and ran my credit then up the interest rate on it manually. Again do not go here without being pre qualified and do not let them adjust any rates for you.
