This person called us out and asked for some "cheap" banners along with some other items. we printed him some banners as cheap as we could, at a very low price point, then he took them and installed them next to the road between poles, this will destroy a cheap banner. He called us and said one of his banners were destroyed so we explained that this type of banner was not intended to be used in that way. We have actually offered to make these banners in a way that will not have any issues with the way he wants to install it but he has not taken us up on the offer.

The banners that were promised to me from the owner of A&M signs were supposed to be posted for street side advertising. I even showed him a High Quality Banner that was given to us by Duralast. When I asked him if the banners id be receiving would be top quality like the ones that I showed him upon our negotiating process. His reply was " Oh yeah , they will be made just as good if not better " After work was done on a Street Sign and Building sign I received the banners. Of course by this time the total job was completed and He has received full payment. So after getting permit from city , we went to display banners close to our entry and main street. That evening before leaving , we noticed a few rivets that were torn off from the banner completely. The next morning all banners were laying on the ground and the only things still hanging from ropes on post were the rivets that were torn off from banners. I called the owner to discuss this with him and he then and ONLY THEN tells me that those banners werent built for any kind of winds , if we wanted the double seemed banners ( again what we were promised to begin with ) he would work up and estimate. I dont suggest anyone going here, these people will promise you the World and hand you a Globe at the end of the day just as long as they have their money first.

If this were true it would be horrible, however it is not! We send proofs for all products before they are printed to be sure the customer is getting what they want before production begins and the customer approved it even after seeing multiple proofs. When he pointed out the problem we fixed it within a couple of hours at no charge. As for this happening twice, going through the records the customer has never been charged for a reprint. We strive to make sure our customers are very pleased with their products when they choose A&M Signs.

spellcheck...good stuff, especially when you work with words for a living!!!! I certainly understand human error, things happen, what I don't understand is a sign company that charges 597.00 for 2 signs and then asked for more money to fix the spelling mistake...that happened to be the 2nd time this company asked me to pay for their mistake...come on you can do better than this... We use A&M Signs for all our printing needs here at Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife Control. They do excellent work. The staff inside is very friendly and the turnaround is really fast. A lot of times we have last-minute request and they are on it in no time. If you are needing commercial signs in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex or any other printing needs I highly recommend this company

Let me start by saying if there were NEGATIVE STARS , i definitely would be selecting one of those but since " 1 Star " is the lowest then I had to choose it. I Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Spent over $7,000 with company for a couple of signs and 6 advertising banners. Was told during original agreement that banners were to be made just as good if not better then the ones i found before. After completing the signs and delivering banners I found that the rivets were very brittle at all corners even along the edges tearing after sitting out for only 1 day. I called owner Michael to voice my concern and he said he can get me another estimate to upgrade banners that were supposed to have been made right to begin with. I really feel after we had agreed to the street sign and building sign which was 98% of the total bill he made cheap banners that come to find out " are not designed for any wind "
