Changes ownership fairly regularly, but it wasn't terrible while I was there. I had some grave concerns after someone in a different apartment mistakenly wrote my unit # on a maintenance request.

Went to tour this apartment with my boyfriend after a long day of touring other apartments and to say the least I was exhausted but Jade was so sweet and helpful during the whole experience. She answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed. At the end of it I actually felt more excited and happy. Really loved the trees on this property/space in the apartments/huge balconys.

Overall a decent place to live I've been here about a year. The Good: - Fair Rent Prices - Friendly Staff - Clean Grounds - Good location - Nice trail and next to green space The Bad: - My car was towed today..apparently my tires were too far in a walkway...very faint lines might I add.. And I was towed for that. $230!!!! - Requested an AC filter change.. A new filter was left on my couch... - Had to report loosing hot water 7 times before they replaced the water heater
