My friends and I went to get some shirts there the owner was very nice and friendly at first gave us a good price but after a while he started getting funny with the prices charging as much as $30 for 1 shirt .

DTG is a computer print. The file you provided is the exact file that was printed from the machine. Your file was very small and of poor quality, so to scale it to the size you wanted it got pixelated. We printed exactly what you provided us. So maybe next time consider vinyl print since it uses vector files.

I gave it 2 stars because at least the design was correct. Other than that, I'll have to count this ONE shirt as a $50 loss. The shirt itself feels like rough paper from being pressed so much, and has some white substance all over it to which I was told it would need to be washed first. First time I've had this happen with a new shirt I had printed. The font on the back literally looks like a blown up computer image. I mean, you can even see the pixelation around the font! It just comes across as lazy work. I chose to try this place since it was closer to my home than my normal spot. No more trying to do it for the culture. Back to my regular spot at Cumberland Mall, or one of my personal contacts I where I know I can get better quality for literally half the price.

Experience was horrible. I contacted them for an estimate & they refuse to get back to me. I followed their directions on how to send my design, but when I decided to ask for a Price Check they stop responding to emails & thats after they initially said they do price checks.
