Had rented a flat through this agency and branch. Had repairs reported and waited for half a year before they got someone to have a look at them. Had called and emailed multiple times and each time would get passed around 3 teams and no one owns up the task. Useless.

Very good service. Communication was great from the start and access to their online portal meant you had access to up to date information throughout. Flat sold within 6 days!

Great for buying, selling and getting a tenant. However, the property management side is horrendous (from both a tenant and landlord's perspective). In the past year, all 4 personnel involved in my property have left and the handling of the situation has been poor. (There must be a reason for so many people to want to leave a company??!)
