Joe, I apologized for the lateness on response. I also tried to apologize to you while on the phone when you hung up on me. I am sorry we could not meet the timeline you were wanting. The first issue we ran into is when I thought the proof had been sent through email. Unfortunately the email had not sent. In your eyes this may be an excuse and I would probably see it the same way. However as a 1 man shop until this past week I am usually working until 3 nearly every morning. Unfortunately I have missed things which is completely on me. After I explained the proof there was no response for 7 days from you. During that time the workflow changed as a few orders came in that in turn extends deadlines. I let you know the new timelines. As the phone call seemed to become less friendly I mentioned that this would probably not be a good fit and would be happy to recommend a few other companies that may be able to help you with a quicker turnaround. All emails between us were both very thorough. I explained all fees, pricing for items, different sizing options, etc. I did my best to be as responsive in a quick and efficient manner. I do believe I work at a pretty good pace, unfortunately not at the same pace you do. Within 1 hour today you called 3 times. I didn't hear it the first 2 times but later saw the missed calls. I was able to answer the third time as I was in the middle of cleaning my machines and could hear the phone. I wish you the best with your business and I'm sorry I couldn't help you with your needs.

First and last time doing any work with this company. I wasted three weeks of my life and it was like pulling teeth to get the owner to respond or even acknowledge an email without an excuse. 25 days is a reasonable time line to process an order, or at a minimum have a conversation/acknowledgement "I received your detailed emails and phone calls, and will get back with you to review your order within 72hrs OR thanks for stopping by three different times to discuss your request. If 25 days isn't enough time to be efficient and/or effective, simply having time management skills and the aptitude to communicate effectively would have been nice and saved me the effort of emails, research, phone calls, fuel, and time.. I do work at a different speed called being responsive, accountable, reliable, and professional, and I prefer to get the job done without excuses. I am sure they do great work and I wish this business luck in the future, no harm - no foul, just bad timing on my part as the customer.

DiGiStitch Embroidery it the place for all your needs. I have been using their services for the last 5-6 years. Tim and Vic, the owners and the folks that actually do all the work are adorable and amazing. Now what ever you need from items to be embroidered they are your one stop shop. From plaques engraved what ever the item classes, cups awards you name it, Digistitch can and will do it. If you need business cards, invitations, programs etc. Stop in and speak with Tim and Vic.
