My car was overheating, this place was recommended to me by a neighbor . My neighbor called and talked to a guy named sammy who had worked on his car. Sammy said to bring it in they open at at 9:30 . I got there at 10:00 am the Mechanic ( not sammy) was a little rude and definitely dismissive. Didn't act as if they were intrested in my business, finally telling me to come back in about 3 hours.

Wow this is the worst service center Ive ever gone to. Sammy (which I only figured out his name through his response to a review on here since he didnt introduce himself at all) is the rudest person Ive ever had the unfortunate instance of meeting while trying to get work done on my car. I arrived and a lady was like 5 steps ahead of me. He greets her outside of the building and proceeds to get her situated. Ok cool! This combined with the sign that said use other door that lead into where he is standing leads me to believe that I should just wait where I was (which is where she originally stood). So I stood there for almost 10 minutes and nobody even greeted me. After sometime of him avoiding even looking at me I go up and ask if I should wait outside or go inside? He rudely directs me to just wait inside. Fine. I go inside. I continue to wait and still nobody comes to greet me. He isnt wearing a mask and neither are half of his staff so its not a surprise to me that there are 2 customers chilling in the lobby without masks either. Awesome. At this point Im telling my partner Im done. That I should just go somewhere else. FINALLY he comes in (on the phone) and plops down in a chair in front of me. Once he gets off the phone he doesnt even initiate a hi or how can I help you. But rather just sits there. So I tell him I need an alignment and I would like to do a full fluid flush on my car. He literally LAUGHED at me and said a fluid flush? For what? And I was like yeah like my oil and my transmission? And he goes on to tell me its gonna be 50$ just for my oil cause they dont do transmission. Fine! I just want to do my alignment at that point and Ill go to someone else that isnt a jerk and DOES do both. I ask how long would it take just to get my alignment done? He asks where my keys are. I hand them to him and we walk outside. He stops and is talking to one of the guys outside, Im just standing there waiting to walk over to my car and I just couldnt deal with him anymore. He was just so rude and miserable to interact with Id rather pay 3x the amount to someone pleasant than ever deal with such a miserable rude person again. I told him its fine Im just going to go elsewhere and he just said ok and gave me my keys. He literally doesnt care at all about how poorly he treats people. Just take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS , brought a tire from them and I find out the next day its got a plug in it all the air was out of the tire by the Am smh waste of money all the guy could say was I can patch it up for u bad service, IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP U OFF AND NOT REFUND YOU ANY MONEY
