I had the worst experience here. I wanted to get some old time photos of my daughter and they turned out horrible! The picture was all background and my daughter could not sit up very well at the time so there were big pillows in the picture. When I asked for a refund of course the lady there didn't know how to give one. I have been fighting to get a refund back for 3 months. The owner said to mail the pictures back and I'll receive a refund, now I have no pictures and no refund. I've been trying to get ahold of someone and nobody has been answering the phone and there's no way to leave a voicemail. This is the worst experience I've ever had!! I would recommend paying the extra and going to the shop across the street. I really wanted these pictures done of my daughter so we went there and it was an amazing experience and the photos turned out great!

Wouldnt recommend. lady had made a lot of snide comments. We were the only ones there(2 people ) we were rushed.

Javier very nicely stayed late to help our three families, with 11 people total, take a variety of fun shots. He was very helpful in setting us up with funny outfits and accessories, and took many photos which we could choose among. The pictures we picked are wonderful. I'm in a wheelchair and he set me up with a great poncho that hid my wheelchair for the photos. We had a lot of fun and recommend him highly.

I don't normally leave reviews but this time I will. We should have gone to the other photo shop. The woman working was extremely rude first of all. They ask you to pick a photo in the lobby so they know how to dress you. They have no good options for outfits to wear, and don't have accommodating sizes. Basically false advertising. I wish we would have just walked out, would love to get our money back so we could go somewhere else.
