I rate the equipment thus far a 5, however its only been about 4 months of use. I would not say I had a issue with any employee or staff at ETE but my overall experience of receiving the equipment and the communication made receiving it a nightmare! I ordered the deluxe half rack package, with spotters and a econo pulley on 30 June 2020. On 12 August 2020 I received an email stating part of my order was ready for pick up at the Cudahy location, however I asked to have all of it sent to the fountain valley location and to contact me when the entire order was ready for pickup. This would allow me to I rent a truck for a day and pick it all up in one shot. Well that did not happen. 23 September 2020 I was told by phone that my entire order was ready for pickup at the fountain valley location. I went there to pick up the entire order, however I was missing the spotter arms, barbell, bench and the squat rack was scraped. 24 September 2020 I tried calling to get a hold of a representative but all voicemails were full so I decided to drive to the Cudahy location after work in my Toyota (worked out). I arrived at the Cudahy location and they found the bench, and barbell And helped me pack it into my car but told me I had to drive to a third location in commerce. 3 separate locations and 2 hours of my day in traffic because they couldnt follow instructions. I also bought a dumbbell set from them around the same time and just received all of it a week ago from today after I made the same request to be contacted when the entire order arrived. I waited to write this review once I received all of what I ordered and although Im happy with the equipment I will never order from them because of the crazy logistical nightmare. Equipment is great so far but logistics and customer service will make me lean back to the larger companies.

Previously known as The fitness armory purchased products from them that broke in less than 2 weeks. Been over a month and cant get anyone to even respond on the issue. No warranty, no one will respond to resolve the issue. If youre lucky enough to get a response, they will just leave empty promises to get back to you soon about the matter. Do not purchase anything!! Completely unprofessional. Gym owner or home gym owner nightmares here, trust me. Do not be fooled by the price because its just money down the drain. Save your money and the headache. Theyre just scam artist. Go with other companies for your desired equipment.
