I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from here. I placed an order that was not cheap by the way and even paid for it up front. Spent an hour with the embroidery department selecting my thread colors. Well a month into it still no hats and after calling for the 3rd time the embroidery lady yelled, cussed, called me a liar, and hung up on me. But when i spoke to the manager to see when they vould have my hats done i was still told that they had other orders they had to fulfill even though I was supposed to have mine completed weeks ago. I refuse to do business with people that are going to be that unprofessional and treat me so badly. It doesn't matter if a customer calls upset bc they've been waiting for you to do an order you still treat them with respect. Period
I am truly sorry for your experience. That is definitely not the norm here at the WORX Group. We have always prided our self on making our customer service the best anywhere.

Tried to get some jersees made here for my niece's softball team but these people don't deserve my business. I walked in and the guy just stood their shooting the breeze with some friend, occasionally looking over at me but not worried about what I needed. So after 10 min I left.
This company does quality work at a very affordable price. They currently are the main supplier of choice for the Kappa-Mu chapter of Kappa Sigma at Tennessee Technological University, a chapter for which I am the adviser. We are always very happy with the quality of the products they provide. They are a great company to work with and the definitely deliver every time.
They said the could color match our original athletic shirts but when we picked them up they dd not match. Then they told us they could not do that specific color. So why not tell us that to begin with? Very unproffesional people to deal with.
