Have been waiting almost a week to hear back about a billing issue they canceled my payment plan over - even though I paid my bill!!!!! Both the clinics and offices of this business ought to be shut down. Neither provides satisfactory service, and they create nothing but an ongoing nightmare for their customers. Horrible experience from beginning to end - its been almost a year since the totally unnecessary procedure one of their doctors inflicted upon me, and then made me pay for.
