My husband and I have ordered THOUSANDS of dollars of clothing from this business. My husband for two of his businesses and I ordered a ton when I worked at a local hospital. I was bringing yet another customer to them (a client of mine) and there was a lot of confusion with the order and the quotes. I spoke to Chelsea on the phone and she was quite rude and acted irritated that I was confused about the quotes. I was shocked to be treated that way considering the sheer volume of work I've sent them - not to mention the number of clients I've sent directly to Royal Tees as referrals. I have emails dating back almost ten years with this company and they could care less about keeping that relationship. I will never use them again.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, breathtakingly incompetent. I had seven shirts embroidered here, four of which were done with the totally incorrect color thread, even though they were doubly confirmed before-hand. They strung me along for two months about reimbursing me for new shirts, and then at the last second added that they wanted the defective shirts back. As this was the first mention of returning the old shirts, I'd already disposed of them, and they refused to reimburse me for anything. During the whole interaction they were deceptive and reluctant to help to make it right, and I had to drag them kicking and screaming the whole way. I'd probably go out of state if I had to in order to avoid working with them again.
We have a long relationship with Royal T's and have always had nothing but 100% satisfaction with the high quality customer service they provide. Highly recommended!
I have had such a great experience with this business that i give them 5 stars all the way around. This is the one and only place that i get my shirts printed at. Great quality and great customer service. Thank you from Allure of Perfection
First I would like to say, Royal-Tees has some of the best employees in the world. Sales people at front counter have a dress code which does not match this review. Also there is no old owner/new owner. Royal-Tees has been owned by the Comparetto family since 1981. Almost 38 years in business. Definitely not a place I'll return to again. Professionalism is lacking on so many levels (sales representatives wearing clothes not even suitable for wearing to a yard sale, front desk employees acting as if its play time at work, employees in the back acting rowdy, and the owner being neither approachable nor personable). The old owners who were there forever were so great. The new owner (tall man in his 40s) completely ruined the operation. Theres no order anymore to the place. I give it a half year tops before it does itself in. There are so many great t-shirt shops in town. Save yourself the headache and use another shop.
