Worst complex I've lived in the management is terrible, they do not get the work orders filed when needed. There is never any parking spaces the parking lot floods whenever it rains.
Apartments are in a good location. Thats the only good thing they have going for them. DONT LET THE PHOTOS ONLINE FOOL YOU. It took a month to get maintenance to fix simple stuff. Management has switched a few times. The number they have listed doesnt work. The new owners are raising the rent but doing bare minimum to improve the complexes. Pool was closed for a while for an unknown reason. Parking is horrible at times. They are doing some type of renovations. (Lets see if its worth it. I doubt it.) The fencing around the dumpsters needs to be fixed. They could use a serious paint job. Paint is peeling on the stairs. My toilet has to be flushed 2 times in order to be completely flushed. I know a few apartments that had a water problem (either it backed up in the tub or toilet or both or it backed up and went through out the apartment. The side closer to the office floods. (That whole side) Take a really good look around these apartments and compare them to others near by before you make your decision. In my opinion if you can afford to pay more then do so to get better. Im on my way out once my lease is up!!! A few months and Im outta here.

This property is very nice and in a great location. The staff here is awesome and very friendly and helpful.
On move-in, I noticed that both my room & closet door wasn't on the hinges properly. My bathroom sink had a bad leak, due to the pipes being molded. The ceiling over my shower would also leak whenever the tenants upstairs used their shower. The carpet in my closet became wet, damaging some of my clothing and shoes due to the bathroom leak. I only lived here about 3 months, because the ceiling wasn't properly fixed; just painted over, and my bathroom flooded constantly. All of this was reported promptly and the only thing that was fixed was my sink. Dishwasher and garbage disposal also wasn't working properly. No rent was given back or deposit. I was evicted for non-payment for a month, but I refused to pay for an apartment with so many damages. Don't live here. They seem nice on move-in, but they won't fix anything and will continue to charge you $100 late fees everyday
