I usually don't write reviews but I have to say, I have been very disappointed in their service. Keeping appointments and communication has been a huge issue with doing business with East Side. In addition, the product that was promised was not great quality and it has overall been a very stressful experience. I recommend those who are looking for a contractor in the Maryland/DMV area to **seek their business elsewhere**. Overall, lackluster service with unsatisfactory quality of product. East Side has missed the mark on being prompt and maintaining professionalism.

Dave did a fantastic job from start to finish. First, he worked with me to design exactly what I wanted, which was a very unique ultra modern feature wall incorporating huge wall tiles, a 100 inch electric fireplace, a 12 foot wide floating cabinet with eight separate doors, and a boatload of electronics.. And then he built it even better than we had designed it - offering me options as he progressed on the build. I couldn't be happier with results. He nailed it better than I could have ever imagined. I'd post a picture, but I don't know how. Hopefully Dave can share a pic on his website eventually.
