To start off and to to be fair there were six of us and only three workers. But when we first got there it was going well, everyone was getting great service. When most of us are done, there was still a dip powder and gel manicure left, thats when it went downhill. My sister, who is 11, wanted the gel manicure and specifically chrome. They made her wait until everyone else was done before they did my sister. Yes its good that they were taking their sweet time but also my sister is 11, she shouldve been taken cared of first. Fast forward she starts crying because shes been waiting for so long and I still havent gotten my dip powder nails as well. Then when they take care of her they tell her they ran out of chrome and holo as well, asking her to do something else before finding it in a bin. The issue is they take on too many people, more than theyre capable of taking. And theyre also very discriminative against children, when really they should all be taken cared of just the same. They never ended up doing my dip nails; they skipped me and did a girls dip powder nails who came after me. The lady is also very aggressive and whatever she does hurts, and no one else does manicures or hand nails except her. She made my aunts nail bleed. They also switch from person to person, gosh theres so much I could say. They do nice nails but when you dont give good service as well, good nails mean nothing. It was a terrible experience and Im never coming back. Edit: I come to find my gel polish on my toes arent even fully cured. Had they not been having multiple workers switching back and forth, not knowing the status of my nails it probably would have been cured.

I had booked an appointment due to it being very close to my house and online prices looked very reasonable. I called two days prior to make an appointment. I arrived right before my appointment at 4:30. I was greeted with surprise - they did not write down my appointment. I was not in a hurry so I did not mind too much that she was working on someone elses nails. I picked out my colors and waited a bit before she started working on my nails and the other girl who got there right before me. I told her that I wanted Acrylics. She did not let me. It got to the point that I just told her to do whatever she wanted. I havent gotten my nails done in about 2 years - Im going on vacation tomorrow and I really wanted nice nails for my trip. I asked questions and I was created with huffs and eye rolls. Im introverted and quite and at this point I was highly uncomfortable. During this the other customer and her were having arguments and the worker raised her voice several times. So she does the acrylic powder over my nails with gel - not quite sure how this is better than doing the same with a nail extension? She then tells me it will be $55 - only taking Zelle, Venmo, or cash. I say I will do Venmo. She says no, Zelle, Venmo takes fees. I then ask on the phone you said acrylics start at $35, why is this $55? And her answer was well this is gel. I honestly feel like she rushed me out due to the other customer. Im very unhappy. Gave it a 3 star because Abby was awesome, she is really sweet and put all her energy and effort into what she's doing. On the other hand, Tam always rush things, paid $20 for a minicure that consisted of nail clipping and cuticle trimming. She is very pushy as well if you go to get one thing done she tries so hard to get you to do other things too. I wouldn't recommend a "facial" as it is very basic, it includes face wash and moisturizer for $65, its super expensive and was very painful also done by tam. But Abby did a great job with the massage and hair treatment.
