Placed an order through Amazon on the 20th of March to be told on the delivery day that it is delayed. So six days to sort it out and still its delayed. I wont be buying from this company in the future
Ordered a whirlpool tumble dryer Monday 4th 0ct 2021, paid 36 for next day delivery. The following day, the 5th of Oct I called to advice the product hadn't arrived. I was told a credit for the next day delivery would be credited back to my account and that the appliance would definitely be delivered Oct 6th.yet again a no show. I've phoned the company a least 20 times, but no answer, emailed them but no response. They've taken nearly 1000 pounds from my account. I can't get any responce. Please can anyone help. So worried.
Washer wasn't working, which simply transpired to be the belt had come off in transit. Quickly diagnosed and promptly fixed as part of home visit. Top notch service. Thanks Nick!
Hello, We're glad you managed to find the range cooker you wanted. Unfortunately, the world of Covid in which we currently live has proven very difficult for us all over the last 18 months, with manufacturing being hit one of the hardest. Your order was placed directly with the factory with a lead time of 2 - 3 months and you were made fully aware of this at the time of purchase. When your order arrived in our warehouse, we discovered the manufacturer had sent the incorrect colour and was immediately refused, at this point you were notified of the error. The correct cooker was reallocated for you which couldn't be delivered for a further week - this was out of our control. We tried to rectify the issue in a timely manner which sadly, you found to be unsatisfactory. We understand your frustration as we were also aggrieved by the manufacturer error, however, there was no need for your wife to become extremely rude and aggressive towards our member of staff. Our store manager had to step in, a full refund was issued, following which you were asked to leave the store we hold a zero-tolerance approach to this type of behaviour. The Appliance Store

Unfortunately we are unable to give a minus rating. My wife ordered an oven and waited over three months for delivery only to be told it was entirely the wrong colour. We then went to the store having given them time to reorder only to find out nothing had been done. My wife then told the staff member who was dealing with the order it had taken her no more than ten minutes to find a replacement that was due for delivery in seven to ten days. She was then told by this person in a very sarcastic manner good luck with that. I am delighted to say that what took the appipliance store over three months to get the wrong item has taken the new supplier Donaghy Bros THREE DAYS to deliver the oven and its exactly what we wanted in the first place.
