Terrible experience. Promised theyd get the car done on Thursday and then called us telling us not till Friday then called telling us not till Monday?! So we took the vehicle and they said its not safe to drive till its fixed. Well yeah! Thats why you were suppose to fix it.... took our business to someone who got it done the same day.
We are sorry our services did not meet your expectations on July 16th. Our cashier & service advisor explained that you were expecting a much lower price for the services you received (My cashier even paid part of your bill). I realize that oil changes are quite a bit more using full-synthetic oil, but the intervals of oil changes are about double of conventional oil changes. Your Toyota requires using over 6 quarts of full-synthetic oil, which is also more than most passenger cars. Again, sorry for the lack of communications.

Worst service ever!! Don't do service with them, They over charge you for services they don't even do! It's a joke there I dont even want to give em 1 star but had to to leave a review!!!! After buying 4 cars from em never again.....
