First I want to apologize for making sure you didn't have a great experience and get exactly what you had expected. We worked hard to create a proofing system that helps keeps our customers, and our production team on the same page. We have invested in equipment, and a team that is passionate about creating awesome apparel. This is a situation where we produced the garments to the agreed upon specs, our graphics team spent a few hours cleaning up the provided artwork, and accounting for your edit requests, seven in total. We did this at no cost, after you had mentioned that there wasn't room in your budget for additional artwork fees. This was our decision as we understand that our success directly correlates with our customers, it is important we get it right. I understand you're upset about our customer service, I was upset that there was an issue, again we want to get it right. I believe that you are upset that we did not agree to reprint your items at our cost. Misprints, are a part of the business, ink color, dye migration, snapback, registration issues, these are issues we deal with, and account for via reprints without the end consumers knowledge, our quality control is held to a high standard. My position was to stand behind our team and the agreement we had with you via our approval, while also allowing room for a conversation in regards to making this right. I appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention, allowing us to measure each location to verify the print was in the agreed upon location. In an email I mentioned I would have liked to set up a time to review the printed items with you, determine what your expectations were and then work together to find a middle ground in order to get these reproduced for you.
