I have bought two otty pillow of 80 for me and my wife. after few days of usage my wife had neck pain and we decided the return pillow back however otty are not ready to take back pillow as 14 days has gone. we tried calling earlier however line always come busy. overall do not buy this product

Stayed home from work today - using annual leave - to receive a mattress that was scheduled to be delivered in a three hour time slot. Had an email this morning - an EMAIL, not even the courtesy of a phone call - to say due to a loading error it wont be delivered. Thus far a terribly disappointing first experience from Otty. Will now likely be weeks before I can be home again to accept delivery. Truly poor.

I purchased the Otty Hybrid mattress for my son's bed, I'd say it's definitely on the firmer side of 'medium', he absolutely loves it! It is nicely supportive, and certainly a well made mattress. Customer service, from placing the order, and all the steps there on in, was excellent! Every step of the way, I was kept up to date, and everything went very smoothly. If only some other companies could be so informative!

We have had our Otty for a while now, and my husband still insists this was the best thing Ive ever spent his money on! Wonderful nights sleep, top layer stays cool in the summer, and is warmer in the winter. Firm, but moulds itself to you. Beautifully made and reasonably priced. A very happy customer!

I bought a Otty double mattress two years ago, since then I havent had a completely good sleep .. it is so hard, yet there is no support for my back! It smells really bad for about two months ( this never happened to other new mattresses before). The mattress foam made my skin feel itchy as well. Why didnt I return it if I found it uncomfortable in the first 90 days? I couldnt bother with a busy life to deal with on my own. I just dumped it.
